At Highland Smart Homes we would like you to have and easy and reliable shopping experience and are always happy to help you with any issues you may have.
If you are not happy with your item, ordered the wrong product, or for any other reason we will happily accept returns either to our store or by post. We are happy to accept returns for up to 30 days after your purchase. If you would like to return your product we can either:
- Offer a full refund minus any delivery costs.
- Offer an exchange for the full value of item purchased minus delivery costs or a store credit/gift card.
Please let us know the method you would prefer and we will arrange this after receipt of the item.
We will only accept returns in their original packaging which is in an undamaged, new condition with all the parts included.
If you are posting the item back to us this will be at your own cost and the items remain your responsibility until if safely reaches us in as new condition.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of the parcel when you have arranged delivery so please ensure you use a reputable courier company with tracking and insurance recommended.
If your item is faulty we will work with you to contact the manufacturer for a replacement/refund under warranty.
We will process refunds using the payment method you originally used and the time for credit to appear in your account will depend on the payment providers terms & conditions.
